Lippi advances Marchisio: "I like it there because among the midfielders is what most of all does movement without ball". At Christmas, head of the championship, he scores a triplet inserted in the 4-2-3-1 tried in the first test in the morning. "From the reasons why I leave the National after the World Championship I don't want to talk now, I am here to talk about what we are doing to prepare us. That Lippi was not the c.t. of the future you all knew, but of my motivations we will talk after South Africa, not now" so the CT closes questions about its future "re-addition".
In the meantime, he began to take up the physiognomy of the National Team two weeks after the world debut: on June 14 with Paraguay in Cape Town. The c.t., which by Tuesday will have to deliver the definitive list of the 23 convoked, in the two half-hour times played under rain and cold against the D series Russians tried the 4-2-3-1. It ends 8-0 with Christmas Totò triplet, Iaquinta doubles and Gilardino, and Zambrotta goals.
The second test with the Settimo Torinese, another D series training, is finished 2-0, with goals from Pazzini and Pepe. Lippi has deployed in this a classic 4-4-2.
